Bart Chilton CFTC Commissioner Interview on Operation Freedom AM Radio

AUDIO archive of Dr. Dave Janda's Michigan AM radio show interview with Bart Chilton.  Chilton is one of five commissioners at the CFTC and his office is leading the investigation of the Silver Price manipulation in the COMEX exchange. This interview covers actions being taken by the and issues such as enforcing the new (and previous) regulations and increasing transparency.

Chilton reiterates comments (not speaking for the CTFC agency) on disruptive trading practices, and the investigation of silver price manipulation and suppression by unnamed companies (cough: JP Morgan and HSBC) -- comments that he took considerable heat for saying:

"I believe...there have been repeated attempts to influence prices in the silver markets, that there have been fraudulent efforts to persuade and deviously control the price... and these violations to the law, which is the Commodities Exchange Act (or CEA), has taken place in the silver market and that they should be prosecuted to the fullest."
