Chilton reiterates comments (not speaking for the CTFC agency) on disruptive trading practices, and the investigation of silver price manipulation and suppression by unnamed companies (cough: JP Morgan and HSBC) -- comments that he took considerable heat for saying:
"I believe...there have been repeated attempts to influence prices in the silver markets, that there have been fraudulent efforts to persuade and deviously control the price... and these violations to the law, which is the Commodities Exchange Act (or CEA), has taken place in the silver market and that they should be prosecuted to the fullest."
